I have owned my 07 Skoda Octavia RS wagon manual(in Yellow - sure stands out in carparks!) since March 09. Bought it at a sensational price with 8,000kms on clock. Has sunroof, satnav and xenons. Great car, surpisingly romy for me and my two kids, sporty but practical. Has now done 34,000kms including a number of long trips.
Love the handling, quality, practicality, performance, economy(long term average is 9.4l/100kms and I am not lightfooted by any means), equipment, comfy seats, storage and most other things aboout it. Has brought back enjoyment to my everyday driving. Don't like the service costs, road noise on coarse surfaces and....... well not much actually.
Has had only one fault so far - the sunroof switch was found to be faulty and a replacement is on order. Mysteriously opened and closed twice, on three occasions, without me touching anything. Wierd.
Otherwise as good as new. Very happy.
