Im currently doing the same and turning my van into a moto van, what are you rolling your bikes up against in yours? i made up small 90° blocks for the front wheel in mine just behind front seats but they stick out a bit though,2004 VW T5 2.5 TDi SWBComment

mate just in the process of making a false floor in the back, that turns a bed into a motorbike carrier, its hard to explain but ill post photos when im done.
