WA Forum name status: change from 'newbie'

Hey all/moderators
Being relative new to the forum ive noticed people have 'newbie', 'dubber', 'volkswagonist' etc etc as different titles under their user names - what the process for getting these changes?

status title changes to your post count, as you contribute they will automatically change.

I say contribute as only posts in proper parts of the forum count i.e mk6 Golf section

where as stuff in general or humour doesn't.

other way is if you donate to the site you get perks like large private message inbox/outbox, vww webmail and the ability to change your statues to whatever you like(within the forum rules)
