How about sharing some spec's of your car?
There are some good VW forums incl. this one that should be a great source of helpful info for you (I can relate to your post)
and have also spent alot of time reading and learning.
I am from Melbournes Eastern suburbs and so far only seen 2 x GTI's when out and about.....reckon that will change in the
near future though LOL.
