just thought id post up and show you my current car i have been working on

i bought this car for $50 3 years ago

Ah yes I've seen this car on OzEdition, very nice! Like I tell my mate with an evo, add a VW badge for a sure extra 10wkW!!! Any chance of seeing it on the 19th in Campbell Town?

Unfortunately its not roadworthy/registered. but i may convince him to take it out with some trade plates The car was rust ridden, daim and his dad completely rebuilt it (helps when your dad owns a bodyworks )
The mini is his dad's little SI sunday drive type car/promotion car for the bodyworks.. he turned it into a convertable, full reupholstered interior (rainbow colours ) and the custom roadster style doors.. hard to explain but this car is amazing..
The mini that you CAN'T see, (behind daim's car, next to the convertable) is a WRX dark blue Mini with silver racing stripe, full racing interior, delorto carbie (maybe webber? correct me if i'm wrong daim) One of the best looking mini's i've ever seen. its daim's brother aiden's.. he had a guy put a deposit to pick it up for $12,000 a year or so ago... but dude didn't come through with the cash.. so i'd assume aiden is still open to sell..

Yeh 40m delorto josh, has cam, zorst, head work, 1160cc n shiz...
the coloured mini was done about 10 years ago so its deffinetly aged.
i have a short video of my car from the last drift event.. dropped a valve at 7500 and destroyed the engine.. new engine is allready underway but i would love to build a nice clean mk1 or 2 daily

when a neat stock one comes about... id rather start from scratch and build something pretty simple,

New engine for this car is currently being assembled, i cant wait to get back out there.. once that is done i can start on a golf
