Hey, just ordered a new polo 77tsi with dsg and floor mats in pepper gray. got about $700 below rrp. How are others doing getting money out of the dealers. We pick up the car in 3 weeks!

I bought my wife a 77TSI on Monday. We weren't able to get any discounts from RRP but I am hoping for Corporate Plus discount to be approved before we settle the purchase.

On further investigation it turns out i am a member of an organisation that would get it. My AMA membership would have got me 10% off the car. I would be interested to find out if you do get yours otherwise i have done myself out of a hefty discount!

Get back to the dealer first thing in the morning.

They should honour the COrp discount, if not walk away and go to another dealer.

schty006, I am a member of APESMA which is part of the VWoA Corporate Plus discount program. I have included a caveat in my bill of sale that stipulates that I reserve the right to rescind it if the Corporate Plus program is not valid for this car. New cars are not usually able to be purchased with said discount. I've been told that the Golf R, for example, will definitely NOT be able to be purchased with the Corporate discount program. The decision to allow the program for the new Polo has not been handed down as yet.
