Hi everyone

I've been reading the forum for a little while and its great to see how many people are also VW enthusiasts.

The first time I was drawn towards the VW brand was when my brother bought the mk5 Golf TDI, then my other brother bought a mk5 golf GTI not long after. The premium quality, size and power of their engines was what impressed me the most.

I've been driving a little Polo since early 2008.

Recently paid a deposit on a Mk 6 GTI. Anticipated delivery is September. Absolutely cannot wait!

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have some VW family ties! It was only a matter of time till the GTI gotcha! Know what you mean - the wait is a killer once you've committed its like "just bring it on!" This is one year you want to go fast! Congrats and enjoy (my GTI is due at the end of May!) What is your config?
