VIC Note left on green VR6 in Footscray!

Hey guys,

The name's A.J., bought a 97' mk3 VR6 in December last year, dragon green. I have been browsing these forums but never registered, until someone left a note on my car outside Victoria University in Footscray saying to sign up! So i did!

Now that i think of it, there's alot of questions, and advice that im seeking help with so i guess its good i joined this forum to discuss and learn!

Anyway... hope to hear back from you guys.

Hmmm dint as in a large dint? I'm actually not too sure which side but I have one of those little circle dints. Rego is otp850 bout to change it soon

I was the culprit that left that note! Had seen your car a couple of times in that little hide out where we park.

When I walk past all the student parking on the way to uni it seems to consist of a variety of hacked up magnas, lancers, getz, commodores, and what not. Good to see something different for a change.

Look out for a white vr6 there weekday mornings, come say hello.

ahaha yeah man, i used to park in the student parking but u gotta be there before 8 to even have a chance.. so i found that little hideout and works like a charm! Actually im having problems with my vr6 at the moment, dunno if you noticed but the passenger side inner door panel isn't there because the power window is playing up, i think its the regulator but i'm not too sure. I bought the car because i LOVE Golfs, particularly the sport models from all years, but lately this vr6 is seeming to dump alot of problems.. anyway, also wanted to do some stuff in the future.. i.e. exhaust, pod filter etc, just simple little things. so im open to ideas and help in those areas as im not too familiar whats good for the Vr6.
