Melb dealer contact recommendation

hi , first post.
new convert to VW, wanting to place order for a golf R in Melb
anyone know of a dealer contact who

1) is very knowledgeable to enthusiast level
2) no BS, no spin
3) accurate when quoting delivery times
4) wont say "have to talk to my manager" when negotiating
5) will make a reasonable trade-in offer

Noone knows anything about it yet for sure, so cant recommend anyone that can gve you all of the above without being a liar also.
