I drive a 2005 Golf TDi with half height MFD. Recently purchased a RNS-510 and am going to make it my first of many mods.

I too am about to embark on a similar upgrade. Make sure you read up on all of the issues with this upgrade so you don't end up with any of the complications like battery drain.
