Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    hi everyone
    my vw is a caddy van,auto turbo diesel
    I really love driving my little chariot ---now that
    I have figured out the wipers switch !!

    Can anyone help with a little prob.
    My daughter has lost her only remote key
    for her 20000 vw bora and now has to use
    the emergency plastic key.
    it seems that she will have to spend $400 at vw
    to get a new one!! any ideas
