Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    First time VW'er

    Just a hi to everyone!!

    I've had myself a 2008 Golf GTI for about 6 months now and I'm loving it!!

    Was only planning on holding onto it for a short while and then passing it along to the missus to get a Subaru Liberty for myself (something a bit bigger and practical). But after loving the feel of the GTI so much, I am now in the market to get an R36 Passat instead
