Hi All,
I was supposed to pick up my New Tiguan 147 yesterday from the Denlo Group in Parramatta. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, I was broken the bad news that my Tig has a software issue with the Cruise Control.
Basically, Every time you try and turn the Cruise Control on, an exclamation mark comes up saying an error has occured, turn the cruise off and take the tig to a service centre. The mechanics say there is no problem with the Cruise Control, its a software issue giving a false error message.
Can anyone help solve this issue?!
I cant pick her up until they sort this out!!
Apparently VW Australia have never seen it before so they need to consult VW Germany for a fault code..
After waiting so long, Im getting impatient!
