Looking for a new 118TSI

Hi all,

Enjoying the forum.

Looking at getting a 118TSI comfortline with a few added features and thought this place would be a good start to getting some insight into pricing.

I am after a 118TSI comfortline.

MY10 model (actually dont mind if i get the 103TDI 2009 model thats on sale atm).

Wanting to get:
-Metallic Paint
-Rear parking sensors
-Park Assist

and possibly the extended warranty and other features (depending on budget).

Went to one dealer and spoke to a nice sales rep and was working out a descent deal.

Then his manager came over, had a look at what I wanted, and only offered $500 off the total price ($31,990 RRP + ORC + Extras) = $39K - $500.

I was a bit suprised as when buying cars before I'd aim at around 10%.

Anyway left after some discussion and now seeking if another dealer would be helpfull.
