Hi, from north east Victoria, thought it was time to register, been on the side for a while, somebody else always asked the right question at the right time with heaps of answers from other members of the forum. I'am VW-less at the moment but working very hard to aquirer a T5 Twincab Transporter.

Are you planning on buying the new T5 facelift twin cab or the current version ?

Thanks Ben, at this point I'am looking at the current run-out model, as well as late second hand, useing the theory that the factory should have sorted most of the bugs out over the model run. Although the same problems still seam to pop up in the 09's, maybe less offen than the earlier years The new model would be nice, its the old story, "never buy the first model" although in this case it's only the motor that is new, so it's possible. The green twin cab on Car Point at the moment is in my area, been to look a couple of times now, has me very interested.
