Hi All,

Owner of a new tiguan in Noosa Heads. Got the 2.0 Diesel, great economy but not real happy with the quality. Hopefully it will be a good car.

Hi Matt, i posted in the tig section - but ive got oil leaks that the dealer isnt being very helpfull with. Ive made 4 recent trips to get things sorted and im still waiting for action....

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble - I can only say that after having 3 VWs (new beetle, Golf and now Tiguan) from the same dealer - that I have never had anything other than the best attention and service. However my brother who lives in Orange does not enjoy the same happiness that I do - so I can say that the quality is not necessarily the vehicle - but the way that your dealer deals with your issues. I have had issues with the Tig - all minor - but they dealt with it promptly every time. Shame that you can not identify a good place and go there.
