Hey guys, after ten years of salivating of the VW monicher, I have finally purchased my first Volkswagen!

I will be hopefully picking up my new 2009 Mk IVF N9 GTi Polo on Monday morning, and will be a VWDriver!


I also noticed around face book that there is a severe lack of appreciation for the Polo's, so I created a fan page a feww days ago, I would love to see you guys become fans!

Hi mate,

I'm not a facebook or Myspace user, so cant help you with your appreciation site.

But I am a felow Polo GTI owner and love my car.

Hope you come to tinker with your car and get the most out of it, its a good car stock, but the potential isn't released until you play around with it a little (or a lot).

Lots of reading of you feel up to it, or Feel free to PM if you have a simple question or want to catch up with someone who's done a bit of work to their Polo.

thanks Ben, I'm looking at the APR first stage remapping at the moment, which will see me increase the power by over 50%.

Obviously with warranty I have to be careful as to what I can do, and after just stepping out of my 900s convertible Saab, I'm already over 2 secs quicker to a hundred.

I might just cool my heels for a few months, then see what the bad boy can do.
