Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC New to VW world

    Hi all. I've just finalised the deal on my very first VW - a MkVI Golf GTI. Have patiently waited for this for a long time and the test drive the other day proves it has been worth the wait.

    This site is a great source of information for doing research to ensure I was in the ballpark when negotiating the deal. I'll put up details shortly of my car in the GTI VI pricing thread. So thanks to everyone for helping me get to this point. Countdown now starts to delivery!
