Hi all,
I've been denying it for a long time, and it's time it finally came out.
Yes, I am a mk1 golf fan.
Now don't hold it against me, but I've always been a RWD Gemini fiend. I've owned nearly 10 gemini's and currently own a highly modified but stealthy Jet Black TG Sedan with a fairly serious n/a EFI 2L. The thought of having a FWD hatch had never appealed to me until recently..But now I'm willing to crossover to the classic fwd hot hatch.
My moment of clarity occurred a few months ago when I spotted a very clean and low white Mk1 parked in Hawthorn (near swinburne). I think it belongs to a member of this site btw. After seeing that car I've become kind of obsessed with Mk1's. So I've come here to learn.
I don't own a Mk1 yet but give me time!
