Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    HI

    Just got my first GTI MK6 well lets just say I will have my first GTI when it gets here in April bit of a wait but have been wanting to get one for years. Carbon steel with 18 detroit an sunroof manual the only way to go I recon.

    What colour did you get it in?
    Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
    Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

            Hope so,

            I am an X south african and the car to have when you turn 18 is a Golf and even better if you could get one you get a GTI!

            So this has been a long time coming.
