Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Long wait, but worth it

    Hi everyone,

    Great forum you have here. Have recently ordered my second GTI! Well really it's my first GTI, but it is my second order - I wasn't very happy the first time round after being given a bit of a run around by the dealer, long story.... So I cancelled and ordered through another dealer. Much happier now

    They say it'll be 4 months, so I'm looking at 21 March or even sooner, but I have my doubts. I'm yet to get my build number but I hope to hear this week.

    It's going to be a long wait Great to see some people are getting theirs already!!

    Congrats on the purchase mobster!

    Shame to hear you were given the run around with the dealer, I've been in contact with quite a few dealers recently and I'm shocked by how bad the service is with some. Yet others can be very helpful.

    Now for the wait....its the most exciting part yet the most excruciating too hehe!
