Formula 1 Tint

Hi - 4 weeks into my MK6 GTI, time to get some tint ... got it booked into Tint-a-car furn tree gully road on Monday for Formula 1 tint - 35% front, 15% rears ...

... anyone had this tint done, any good?

Check to make sure the rears are legal - I thought privacy tint (15%) was only if factory fitted.

vic laws are: you can have the 2 rear side windows and the back window any shade you want, IF you have 2 side mirrors, the front side windows have to be 35% and the front cannot be tinted unless OEM, think of a transport van, some have no back window OR rear side windows......

I did check with the tinter & he said it was fine, in fact two different companies recommended it.
