Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA Hoi hoi

    Hi everyone,

    I'm not a VW owner... yet. My fancy new Tiguan TDI should be here in the coming months (still being built)

    I'm hoping to find a different set of alloys for it - either the Baltimore or the Boston (standard on the 147 TSI). With a little luck, there is a 147 owner out there hoping to get rid of his/her stock wheels...

          Nice. What options have you ordered?

          There are a couple of people that have the 147 rims for sale, so you might be in luck. Look in the For-Sale section.

            Ended up getting the RNS510 + RVC, Xenons, Foggies, Leather, Comfort Pack, Towball, MDI.

            Probably over-capitalised a little, but given I keep cars for a while, I figured it would be worth the dollars. Forgot all about the off road tech, so didn't get that... I wonder if it can be added later - seems like it is mostly just software driven.
