Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW Hi there

    Hi there to all VW fans.

    I have visited these forums since I got my Golf in 2008 and enjoyed the VW community.
    This is my first post and unfortunately I have to start with a request for help. I had an accident – rear end smash and need help finding a good smash repair in Sydney (inner west) that can check the car alignment – especially rear frame / subframe. Any recommendations / what to look for in getting it fixed right is most welcome.

    Welcome aboard adrian. That's no good to hear about your car. There are alot of members on here from sydney, so i'm sure some of them are more than happy to let you know where you could go.
