Finally ordered my10 Tiguan 147 with options yesterday, have been skulking around the forums for a while and thought I should register myself and contribute if I can. Expecting delivery end of the month, can't wait.

I just recieved a phonecall from the sales guy asking me if I knew what MDI actually was! He told me that it was a box that sits in the centre console that would take up most of the space! I thought that was the CD stacker option and the MDI is an cable interface that is used by an ipod to communicate directly with the RNS giving full control to the RNS. And it is mounted inside the dash with a cable coming out into the glovebox that your ipod plugs directly into.

Am I right in thinking this and the sales guy has it wrong?

I also asked him about Euro plates and he told me that I need to organise them through Vicroads, does this sound right to you? I would have thought that the dealership could organise this for me?
