Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    G'Day fellow VW owners

    Hey there fellow VW owners. A couple of weeks ago I picked myself up a slightly used MY07 R32. I was looking to get a GTI but stumbled onto this baby in one of the local yards.

    I've got to say it might just be the nicest car I've ever driven...

    It's also the first car I have ever owned where people have actually commented on how nice it is when I've driven right past them. Didn't get much of that with the old '95 Calais

    Get used to it, they're one of the best cars on the market today (along with the TDI Jetta).
