Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC Gt tsi

    Hi Folks
    Proud owner of a 2007 Black Golf GT TSI .My first dubb and have really enjoyed driving it.
    Yesterday a got a new set of yokos after 55000ks on the original contis.
    Interested in hearing from other GT owners and whether you have plans to Tune , modify and am interested to see if anyone has set up the car to work with an Iphone

    i recently bought a Grey GT Sport (tsi) with really low kms (3800) for a great price.

    If i had a choice i MAY have chosen the tdi GT Sport.... i had driven both variations and the low consumption of the diesel and torque was the slight tipper in it's favour...

    however the tsi was priced "to good to refuse" so went for it and am chuffed!!

    how often do you drive your tsi with the window down and stereo off??
