Confusion over aftermarket wheels for MkV

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help me here. I want to fit a set of 18x8 RS4 audi replica wheels to a Mk V (2007 or 200 but I'm confused about bolt patterns and offsets. As they will be imported from the US I want to get it right. The bolt pattern on the website says they are 5 x 112 and the site says they will fit the Golf Mk V. I've done a search here but I'm still unsure if this is all I need to know. There are offsets and stuff discussed which only confuses me more.

Golf V's use a 5x112 bolt pattern so they will fit that section.

You will need to find and compare offsets to other wheels.
Generally Golf V's use a high offset 45-50

They look great on Mk V's as well.
