Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Hi

    Hi guys,

    Here's my first post. I don't have a VW as yet but I'm still tossing up whether to get a Polo or Golf GTI or even the new Mk 6 118TSI's. Just really depends on cost etc. So I thought that I'd join this forum and read a few threads and hopefully make a final decision.

    Just put the 3 into a hat and draw one. It's the only way I could do it...

      I was going to get the 118TSI but my missus bought that it instead thought it would be better to have a choice in which car to drive. I found that the Golf GTI was too expensive so I opted for the Pog instead. Neat little car, can't wait to get it tomorrow. Now just need to learn the lingo etc.

        Congrats on getting the Pog.

        What colour did you go for? Because clearly red is the best

        Plenty of go fast bits for the Polo GTI aswell.

          I got Shadow Blue, the colour is a lot brighter than I thought in the light. But at night it's pretty close to black so it has that dark siniter look about it, it's far best colour I've seen on the Pog
