Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • Greetings from SA

    HI everyone!

Im new here and sort of new to VW, its been a Year now since i bought my 2006 Polo 1.9 TDI. We have a VW forum on this side but i would like input from the rest of the world as well you guys always seem more advanced. I came across this Forum while searching ways and means to get more power out my diesel. Hope you guys can answer some of my questions. Im not new to turbo charged cars, i have owned a mazda 323 Turbo, Honda Vtec and also a Subaru WRX but this is my first TDI and im actually clueless on where to start.

HOw do i get to the Polo side of this Forum?

    Hey mate,

Welcome aboard! I think give it a day or 2 max(maybe quicker) for you to be able to access other parts of the forum. You've def come to the right place for info, there are some very knowledgeable people on here to help you out.

    Good luck and enjoy.

    Cheers,

    Jayse.
