  • Hello

Thought I would say Hi, just arrived in Aus and bought myself a very tidy 1993 golf cab. Much better condition than anything you could find in the UK. Only problem now is find a decent mechanic and parts dealer!!

If you know of any let me know! Im in and around Castle Hill, Syd.

    Cheers!

Welcome Jonathon, and congrats on picking up the Cabby! For a parts dealer and mechanic for your '93, I wouldn't go past Matt from CamdenGTI (Golf_Loon on the forums, you can PM him for info). He's located down south in Campbelltown though so might be a long trek, but is worth the trip!
    Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
    Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

Good choice and I agree all those I saw in the UK were done for without major expense. Still you got fun and games getting a decent mechanic and parts. I have already found this out.

However as poster above advised, in the area your in, I would speak with camdengti him first time / everytime for anything you need.
