Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW First time VW owner

    Just a quick hello to everyone.

    I recently acquired a VW Golf 118TSI DSG and have been loving every moment of it. If not for the 5 month waiting period of the Tiguan, I would have gone for that car instead, though I've got my eyes on it as a second car

    Welcome. We are only new here too. Know exactly what you mean about the Tiguan wait. We have approx 1 month before delivery now....
