Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    QLD Another Brissy User

    Hello!

    After weeks of lurking have been cut off from viewing.... doh!!!

    Looking to buy a Tiguan for the mrs but with the massive wait for delivery she may just end up waiting a while until 3-4 months delivery becomes a reality!

    Have learned much from this forum and it is a great resource for all... owners and prospective owners alike.

    Doubt I can contribute much at this stage but love my daily fix of watercooled gossip so will be hanging around regardless!

      But again, good to see another BrisVegan! If you wanna be cool (like me), i'd recommend getting a Mk5

        Will have to go back into hiding now - don't tell anybody I was here!!!

        Looks to be a fair few from Brisbane milling about which has been handy to see the sorts of deals people are getting from the likes of Austral.

        I heard a rumour last week that there is supposed to be a new VW dealership opening up on the north side - can anybody confirm???

          Cool is something I need - been driving about in an 85 Corolla since we arrived in Australia back in 2004! It was only supposed to be a runabout for 9 months but....
