Thought i would join up as im in the market for a Mk V GTI.

Had numerous cars in the past but decided its now time to join the VW community after taking a DSG GTI for a drive. WOW, what a gearbox.

make sure you look in the Eastern States also, not just in Pert, gives you a far greater range to choose from, and allow around $1400 for freight.

Yeah! found excatly what i wanted locally (finally)

Just picked up an 1 owner 06 GTI 4dr with DSG and Roof, and as a bonus its only done 25,000kms!

Should be frequenting this forum much more now for those detailed questions.

Super low km for an 06... You're obliged to make a big dent in that figure
