    Morning all!

A little background on me first, I have been around here for a few weeks now tho.

I have had a too many cars along the way, my last two have been my vice, Subaru's..

    2002>2004 - 1999 MY00 WRX

Stuff I did - The money pit, 2 x clutches, 2 x motors... Hyperflow FMIC kit (tooo much for a FMIC, think near $2.7k fitted), Apex Power FC, VF23 turbo, HKS Hyper exhaust, etc. 190kws atw with a slipping clutch with this one.

Then in 2004 I brought a new 2004 MY05 Subaru Forester XT Lux. Again, the mod bug bit quickly, but after the last car I learnt how to do this one right! At first it was just a full 3" exhaust and a tune by STI Docklands, but in the end after 4 years I ended up doing - bigger turbo, bigger top mount intercooler, bigger fuel pump, changed springs and struts, biggers wheels, wideband, Apexi AVC-R, bigger scoop, cold air intake, etc, etc. 110,000kms later with this car (~25,000kms fully modded) I thought it was time to move on and try saving a little money!!

    The old beast I miss!

And now I have seen the euro light!

Waiting, waiting, waiting. Well, it did not take that long really.

(sorry my hosting is a little slow today)

In the end I opted for the sunroof, Ipod cable, tint. APR flash an engine mount happening next Saturday.

So far I am very happy with it.

      Congrats. How is the Polo?

Have you been down the APR path yet?

        Hey Andrew!

Yeah, good, good finding it to be a very good car for what I need.

I have already been to Volkspower APR flash and engine mount done. Yeah, has a little more power now that is for sure. Have to hold on to the steering wheel a fair bit harder! Good fun, has transformed the performance. Well worth the money (I miss OpenECU stuff, free tho ).

        Cheers

Always good to see a fellow convert from Jap to Euro! Great choice of colour by the way!

          Enjoy!
