  • Will Blocking off the blow off cause issues?

    Hi,

I recently took off my GFb blow off valve as i was losing performance with this.. would this be because it wasnt dual port?

Now i have both pipes blocked and the car feels much butter, but im worried it could cause problems, i have had a few people tell me it could blow the turbo is this true??

If so what would be my best option?

Without this wanting to sound smart. VW didn't put one in there for you to leave it out. Not having one creates lag because it slows down the compressor when you come off the throttle and it than has to speed up again when you open the throttle again.

Get one fitted. I have a new alloy replacement one if you need it.
