  • VWFREAK - newly converted to H2O

I've owned many many many vw's over the years but I have only just recently (due to health) purchased my first H20 VW. Gotta love having a reliable car makes a change.

    Current rides.

    1996 Golf Cabrio - custom
    1972 Beetle - mildly modified
1956 Taxi Drag Beetle - Under Construction (I can still drive a manual, but only in short squirts lol)

Check out www.canberravw.com members rides for some of my past rides (Air Cooled collection sold recently due to health)

I'll be interested to see what you guys can teach me about the H2O world, I'm an Aircooled guy from way back specialising in Vintage and NOS parts. But health has forced me to down scale the buisness and head in a new direction.

It was time to try somthing new anyway.lol

Nothing inpaticual, I'll just be curious to see the differences between the Air and Water worlds. I like to learn from others mistakes, as I'm big on Turbo / Super Charger modifications and doing things out of the norm.

Toying with adding a system to my golf in the near future after the drag car is finished.

Thats ok.. we like floaters... welcome peter.... another aircooled freak is always fun to have around.
Sry to hear about your health but if it has dragged you into the world of Watercooled... it can be all bad.
