It's been a while since I have posted so I'll start again. Due to circumstances beyond our control, our trusty/reliable O8 Touareg was written off.
We have found an 09 model to replace it and am currently bringing it up to the towing specification that we originally had. If anyone can help I would like a recommendation/s for a qualified workshop to work on the Touareg.
An ugly rough, grinding noise has begun from the front left, and it can be felt in the steering. The noise is noticeable under load, quiet no load and gets more aggressive with road speed. It has just begun. I'm assuming a wheel bearing failure but would like an experienced workshop to assess and repair the situation. We live out of Brisbane but will bring the car to Brisbane, preferably northside, if a recommended workshop is available. Thanks for reading.
