Hi Everyone,
I'm new to car modifications and tinkering with VWs but it seems that I have recently discovered a new hobby. I'm keen to learn from everyone in this forum. I discovered this forum when searching for answers to some of my questions about Golf tunes and installing Crafter Pop Tops.
My daily driver is a 2015 Golf R. I really love that car. So far i have hacked out the resonator with a blunt saw (to improve exhaust sound) and added a Stage 1 tune.
Last month I took delivery of a new 2022 Crafter, mid wheel base, high roof, 4 motion, diff lock. I have recently installed a pop top, and im going through fit out hell with a few fit out mobs. Lookign to install DC to DC charging, Lithium batteries, Solar, multivan floor rails with captains chairs, Truma under bunk AC, slide out camp kitchen, with the end goal of having a remote office / adventure vehicle. Fun fun fun
