NSW Vw t5 2010 cfca

Hi guys another newbie with a vw t5 cab chassis with a cfca motor that needs help !? Piston rings apparently gone have bought new egr as apparently this the source of drama ( not installed yet , damage may be done ) , any body got a rough idea on pricing to get pistons / rings replaced . Had the car 3 months now using 3litres oil every 700km not ideal cars only done 128xxxkm
Any help much appreciated
