Hi All,

Newbie to this forum. Just bought a MY17 Trendline Tiguan with really low km's for a really nice owner.

Excited to own VW.

Have always owned Subaru's, including a WRX. So the power and 2WD is noticable after owning AWD for so long.

But lot of positives to these cars.

Things I would love to improve:
- Upgrading to the new LED headlights that go with the new versions
- Upgrading to the sports body kits (look really nice)
- Fixing the auto off/on disable button as it doesnt turn the flipping thing off

Congratulations and welcome!

Agree that the base model lights look pretty... basic. There’s a nice set of aftermarket lights a lot of TTE guys in the auS use but not sure if they’re available in RHD (LHD beam cut-off will be all wrong).

The body kit is an expensive upgrade unless you can get most of the bits cheap at a wreckers.

It sounds like someone may have disabled stop/start as it’s a bit of an annoying feature.
