Newbie Kombi (T4) lover in Brisneyland! ;)

Hi fellow VW lovers!

I have finally found my long sought-after VW camper-project...
I am still a huge fan of my other “VAG” car: my Skoda Yeti 4x4 so my new baby is taking a lot of adjusting due to her age: 1997 T4 1.9TD SWB ‘Kombi’.

I will be very much looking for advice on how to restore and improve her to then take travelling around Australia.

The first project will be to “un-lower” and raise before fitting more appropriate wheels & tyres.....

Welcome to the forum. I have owned two T4s both being Trakka conversions. I have owned the current one since around 2008.
They are very popular in the UK & as a Eurovan in the USA. I hope you have years of enjoyment in converting it & camping in it.
