Hi all,
I am pretty new to owning V dubs though I learned to drive in a 1978 Golf and got my licnce in one (parents). Now I own a 2003 Golf 1.6l (BFQ) Generation. I bought it in 2016 for my Dad but recently got it back as he no longer needs it.
After buying it, while driving it to Main Roads for rego the engine blew up... I procured a new motor from a wrecker in NSW and installed it and it has been great ever since.
