Hi. I am just about to buy a 2015 VW R Wolfsburg Wagon, and it appears to be the real deal, But, it doesn't have the Wolfsburg Badge on the rear of the wagon, and It appears to be genuine. The owner said he has had it from new, and there has never been a badge on it, Is it a genuine Wolfsburg, or just a R wagon?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Cheers Baz.

PS. It has the moon roof and Wolfsburg looking wheels.

Take the VIN to a dealer and get them to find out

I bought a GTI Original that was missing the “Original” badge. The dealer didn’t receive the badges before I bought the car and I never bothered to get it fitted. Same would go for the other special editions.
