    Welcome on board.

    Brand new or second hand?

Interested to hear which way you're going and whether you're going all-out and building the motor for more boost...

      Second hand low KMs (28,000)

Not built motor. Car is my daily so just the usual stage 3 mods.

Currently debating TTE475, s480 or VWR stage 3

I see your also SA and have the TTE475. Who is tuning it for you?

Reason I ended up with the TTE475 was because of the earlier spooling.

I'm getting tuning done by RD Technik. I'm waiting on getting the HPFP installed and then will be getting the car on the dyno in the next week or 2.

If you're after a good price on a near new TTE475 there's a guy in Qld selling one: https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/toow...s3-/1213322486

So Haines is doing the work? Whos dyno does he use? What sort of rpm difference in spool you getting from stock?

Yes Haines Mechanical is doing the work. He uses the mainline dyno at Glynde Garage.

TTE475 Turbo only spools a couple of hundred rpm later than stock IS38. These were some logs from the other week:

Cool, I'm only a few streets away from Glynde garage. Will be very keen to see you results!

Likewise on the results. It’s been a while in the planning and now just keen to get it finished.
