Hi everyone,
My name’s Liam and I’ve just picked up a mk1 Golf. I’ve always liked my VW’s but had a spell with Vauxhall’s (Holden’s, I’m originally from England).
Here’s a list of my previous cars:
VW Polo CL (mk2 facelift)
Vauxhall Corsa SXI
Vauxhall Astra VXR stage 2
VW Golf GTI mk5
Seat Leon Cupra 20vT
I will be fully restoring the Golf from the shell up, including the engine. I want to keep the car OEM and want it to look as if it’s just been driven from the factory. I’m looking forward to it and will post pics as and when I can.
