Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    I like doing Scirocco stuff

    Hi All,

    New to VW and have just picked up a used 2011 Scirocco R.

    I'm loving it so far, oddly it reminds me of the same year Megane RS250 I had previously, just less racey and more luxury trimmings.

    Nothing major planed at the moment, I love the way they look and was just looking to get:

    - LSD
    - Rotors and pads
    - Lowering springs
    - Gold mesh wheels

    If you know where it might be best for me to find any of the above, let me know, I'd appreciate it.

    Hi and welcome!

    I would put lower control arms on your list of mods along with a good set of tyres especially for the fronts.
