  • Thinking of purchasing the Tiguan Wolfsburg....

Im new here and really only just started lurking too. Im thinking of purchasing a new Tiguan Wolfsburg but I really want it in Black and with a sunroof. Seems very hard to find and probably not in time to meet their awesome finance of 2.99% over 4 years which runs out on Monday 31DEC.

Anyway, thought I best introduce myself as a possible Tiguan Wolfsburg owner

Just get your finance application in and get them to put 2.99% on it.

Because it's VW finance as long as the finance stacks up they'll approve the rate as it helps them sell another car.

I had a similar thing earlier in the year and as long as the car was delivered by a certain date they are fine with it.

Tiguan Wolfsburg is a great package. There should be cars arriving. If the dealer you're talking to can't secure one then ring around to find out who has one in stock. It's quite possible nobody is swapping these as they're pretty hot property.

Thanks for the reply! I was given a drive away price of $63759 yesterday but the dealership said there was movement in that. I would really want to achieve $57.5 driveway but also know they have me because of last day the finance.

Anyway, I’m booked in for a test drive tomorrow first thing, then hope to get 10% off the drive away price!

Have a look through the pricing thread.

I think with a sunroof you may be able to just squeeze it under $60k.

If the dealer you're talking to doesn't want the sale on the last day of the month then don't waste too much time there and do some fast talking with one of the other metro dealerships. Usually Solitaire has the best stock, though Southern, Duttons and Barossa are also within easy driving distance.

I bought my Sportsline from Mount Gambier as they were the ones that could source me the car at the right price (and did the legwork on the finance for me to get the deal across the line).

If you want contacts at any of the dealerships shoot me a PM - would be good to have a Wolfy living around the corner
