Joining up as I've just purchased a 2009 Golf GTI Pirelli Edition. My wife & I moved to Sydney 6 months ago after a 10 year stint in London where I was fortunate enough to have company cars the whole time (Audi & BMW), and not have to work on them myself!
I'm originally from NZ and used to be heavily into Honda's, last car before leaving was a track spec turbo Integra, with cage, coilovers etc. I'm ok on the spanners but will avoid wherever possible with the Golf, recently had it in at Mullerhaus for the timing belt and am super happy with Paul taking care of the car.
