Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • QLD Hello all!

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've found a lot of useful information on this forum over the years and hope to be able to contribute positively where I can. My current Golf 7 is my first VW, I've had BMW 3er, and early Boxster S previously. I've had ups and downs with my Comfortline over the last 90,000k's - 85+ in mine and almost 5 in Dealers. I'd like to think I know these inside out now. Happy to answer any questions, and look forward to meeting some of you at QR on April 7th.

    Welcome.

Going by the uncomplimentary user name, let me guess, DSG issues?

    Cheers
